For this Return and Refund Policy:

“Company” (referred to as either “the Company,” “We,” "Us," or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to ANKITA PRINT

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“Website” refers to ankitaprint.com, accessible from https://ankitaprint.com.

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

No cancellation is allowed once the order is placed.

However, please let us know your decision using a clear statement to exercise your right of cancellation. You can inform us of your decision by sending us a mail at cancellation@ankitaprint.com (with invoice attached)

Conditions for Returns/Replacements

NO RETURNS. We offer a replacement, only if the product delivered is mismatched or defective.

For the Goods to be eligible for a replacement, please make sure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The goods are in the original packaging

You have a proper unboxing video (unblur & unedited) which needs to be mail at replacement@ankitaprint.com (with invoice attached)

At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse returns of goods that do not meet the above return conditions.
